Medical fitness
Before diving in Albania, everyone must obtain a standard medical statement showing no contradictions to diving. Some factors that may disqualify for diving are asthma, diabetes, epilepsy.


Hyperbaric units

Currently there are no hyperbaric chambers available for public use.

Vaccination

There are no essential vaccination requirements for Albania. However, hepatitis A and B vaccines are recommended for all travellers. Typhoid vaccine is recommended for those who may eat/drink outside major restaurants and hotels.
